my stay at best western plus was great! the queen room was spacious and very comfortable. the cozy lobby was a nice touch, and breakfast was tasty, just what we needed to start our day. we loved the fitness center amenities and how close the hotel is to shopping options.

The bathroom exhaust fan blasted like a starship engine, making it quite distracting during quieter moments. I noticed the room had remnants of previous pets, which was a slight drawback for my canine sidekick. And while the beds were comfortable enough, they left my back feeling like I’d battled a Wookiee by morning, which could really use some improvement.

The separate sink area allowed both of us to get ready simultaneously. However, the lighting in the room was a bit off. The blue-white bulbs made it feel cold. I expected a cozier atmosphere. I was disappointed that the breakfast room didn’t serve brewed coffee, just a Nescafe machine with freeze-dried options. The breakfast itself was adequate but not very interesting compared to other places I've stayed. My overall experience was positive, but there are definitely a few areas for improvement.
